The beach setup with cabanas and sun beds impressed me. Drinks on the beach were overly priced and not great.

lovely beach, great cabanas, beachfront lounge area
You really need to sort out the key situation!!! It's ridiculous to be charged $50 for a lost key. And to pay for each meal separately? A hassle I didn't expect!!! The noise from the street was quite annoying!!!

The beach proximity is fantastic, loved the comfy beds and clean vibes. Only downside? They need more chairs for those oceanfront suites! Though, I'd gladly come back.

The place is ideally located right off the beach, with a fine pool deck on the second floor. I enjoyed lounging by the beach with fantastic service from the restaurant, along with a nice 15% discount on my meals.
The Wi-Fi connection was subpar and made it hard to stay connected when needed.

The beautiful hotel right on the beach features a fantastic 2nd-floor pool deck and beachfront lounging area with attentive service from the on-site restaurant. Linens were of really good quality, and the cleanliness throughout the facility was commendable. The Wi-Fi quality was often lacking, and the presence of nearby cruise ships brought a bustling atmosphere that might not appeal to everyone.

We loved the hotel's prime location near the beach and Malecon. The facilities were great and the rooms were comfy and decorated beautifully. The attached restaurant was a plus, as well as the beach amenities available. The hotel staff was friendly and quick to respond to any of our needs. The hotel was also very clean and modern, a pleasure to stay there.

Liked the facility being new as the rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. the hotel's location is perfect as it is right off the beach and the Malecon. It was great having an attached restaurant with beach facilities. the staff was responsive, friendly, and accommodating to our needs. our experience was enjoyable and felt safe during our Christmas stay.
Disliked the lack of washcloths and the absence of a refrigerator in the room. the ocean front suite had limited furniture, which made it difficult for two people to sit comfortably.
